They were there again, the noisy Seagulls. It never fails. Sitting on top of the same gas station on Mill Plain Rd. Every morning. Maybe 100 of them. Laughing as people fuel up their cars, dressed in tan rain coats, graying hair, moody rushed faces.
I bet they laughed at me too, in my old tan car. Caw Caw Caw. It’s ok I thought and laughed also in spite of myself…laugh, I maybe poor, but I’m not dependent on people’s left-overs to live LOL, neither am I cranky.
Not cranky at all, even because today I was going to do just ICP, all day.
ICP is short for inductively coupled plasma, an instrument used in elemental analysis to completely break down a sample and qualify and quantify its elements.
The process is super simple: a liquid sample is aspirated through a tube and sprayed into a plasma. . A plasma is a flame like, a super strong light of about 10thousand degrees K. A CID camera takes pictures of the intensity of the colors emitted when the sample hits the plasma thus breaking down into elements. The elements have specific colors and heights which based on a previously aspirated standard are calculated by comparison.
Its simple and fun, and I like doing ICP, specially creating new methods.
The wonderful world of science is my element LOL, no pun intended! It’s funny how atoms with their electrons resemble our solar system, how a soul passed through a superior light will break through.
The spectroscopy of a soul: The inescapable Light that will search the intensity of everything in us.
Mathew 26:20-21
Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve.
And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
